This evening we can again welccome an outstanding expert: Univ.-Prof. Dr. Manfred Nowak, LL.M. is the founder of the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Human Rights and former judge of the Human Rights Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Prof. Nowak is Secretary General of the Global Campus of Human Rights in Venice, Professor of International Human Rights and Scientific Director of the Vienna Master of Arts in Human Rights. He is one of the world's most recognized experts in the field of international humanitarian law and human rights.
